Welcome to the "!Oye! Aquí Nace la Esperanza" community visit! Join us on an inspiring journey through Casa Emilie, our partner organization in Oaxaca. You will discover the heart of our organization and the hope we bring to local communities.

What to Expect?

In this approximately 3-hour visit, you will experience a full immersion into the work and culture of our organization in Oaxaca. From the initial inspiration to personal interactions, every activity is designed to give you a deep and meaningful insight into how we generate change in local communities. We look forward to seeing you soon and sharing this incredible experience with you!

Guidelines and Policies

  • Meeting Point:

    • The visit begins in the city center, right next to the Oaxaca Metropolitan Cathedral Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.

    • Departure Time: 11:00 am.

    Return Location:

    • The visit ends at the same meeting point, next to the Oaxaca Metropolitan Cathedral Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.

    • Return Time: 2:00 pm.

    • No wheelchair access

    • Public transportation nearby

    • No stroller accessibility

    • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and standing for extended periods.

    • Bring a water bottle and sun protection, especially for outdoor facility tours.

    • Be prepared for a culturally enriching experience and be open to interacting with local communities respectfully and empathetically.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, a 50% cancellation penalty will apply if canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the tour.
